Diane Rubadue is the administrative assistant/office manager for Vogt Santer Insights, Ltd. Ms. Rubadue was involved in the production of over 2,000 market feasibility studies. She also specializes in data entry and the management of database information (apartment, senior, condominium and subdivision). Previous employment in the real estate field includes the position of research associate for BuyNow Properties based in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Rubadue holds a bachelor of arts degree in humanities from The Ohio State University.

Kim Neumann is an editor and the website designer for Vogt Santer Insights. Ms. Neumann has reviewed thousands of market feasibility studies, including, but not limited to: studies for LIHTC, market-rate and government-subsidized multifamily rental properties; condominiums and single-family homes; senior care and residential facilities; and urban infill projects. She has also worked closely with disaster impact reports. Ms. Neumann has more than 14 years of experience as a website designer and she has worked nine years editing and writing copy focused on real estate research.

Koy Sowards has been a writer/editor for nearly 35 years. He has been on the writing staff of a variety of newspapers, and his work has been published in several different periodicals. He has also edited the work of nationally-known authors. Mr. Sowards has worked in the real estate research field for a total of eight years. He attended Ohio University.

Abigail Hartung is a valuable member of the VSI office team with a growing knowledge of the various components of market feasibility studies. As a part of the editing department, Ms. Hartung assists in ensuring accuracy and clarity in our market studies. She also assists in the preparation of site and community services evaluations for market studies, and aids in developing proposals and other marketing materials for our current and future clients. Her previous work experience includes writing and editing for Columbus area publications.

Alexandria Caplinger is a member of the editing team with a growing knowledge of the real estate market. Her past experience includes writing and editing scripts for a school-based news broadcast. Ms. Caplinger is studying at The Ohio State University to complete a Public Affairs degree with a specialization in urban development.

Beverly Fisher is a production associate with 26 years experience in market feasibility. Ms. Fisher has overseen production on over 18,000 market studies for projects throughout the United States.

April Poenisch has been a member of the production staff for nearly a year. Ms. Poenisch has been involved in the production of more than 500 market studies throughout the United States.

Shinae Hale has been a member of the field support team since 2006. During her time as field support, she has compiled data on student enrollment to help create the university database and is continuing to make the database even more informative. Ms. Hale also specializes in gathering data for senior and condominium studies. Ms. Hale has received her paralegal degree and is currently working on obtaining her Criminal Justice degree through Ohio University.

Dawn Roebuck is part of Vogt Santer Insights' field support staff, specializing in research for senior and LIHTC studies. Ms. Roebuck also contributes to the continuous process of updating the company's database resources. She has an extensive background in customer service and administrative skills. Ms. Roebuck has an associate's degree in Secretarial Science and is currently taking courses in accounting.

Jordan Frase is a member of the field support team with a growing knowledge of various study types. He is very knowledgeable with android-powered devices, which also proves to be a great asset for the field support team. Mr. Frase is in the process of completing his Political Science degree at Capital University.

Anita Travis is a member of Vogt Santer Insights' field support team, specializing in economic research. She has conducted research on markets across the nation, compiling reports on changes in local economies that can impact the viability of housing development. She regularly works to gather data on city or county economies and conducts interviews with area officials to determine economic trends. Her experience includes eight years working with Residential Appraisals & Real Estate. Ms. Travis holds Degrees from Ohio University and The Ohio State University.

Ilse Kozich is on the field support staff with a growing knowledge of student housing and LIHTC studies. Ms Kozich contributes to the continuous process of updating the company's database resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University.
