Dan Grenawitzke has conducted fieldwork and analyzed real estate markets for more than four years in nearly 30 states. In this time, Mr. Grenawitzke has conducted a broad range of studies, including low-income housing, market-rate apartments, student housing, condominium and/or single-family home communities, tribal housing, senior housing and a statewide downtown housing study. Mr. Grenawitzke has his bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Regional Development from Michigan State University. Mr. Grenawitzke also received his real estate license in the state of Michigan in 2003.
