The Vogt Santer Insights Appraisal Group specializes in appraising multifamily properties and is staffed by individuals with extensive experience analyzing market-rate and restricted rent properties. Our appraisal personnel have conducted appraisals for a variety of federal programs and for properties developed within the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Vogt Santer Insights uses state-of-the-art mapping and demographic software to provide the most current and accurate estimates of demographic change. Our data provider, ESRI, provides 2000 Census data, current year estimates and five-year projections. In addition, Vogt Santer Insights has the ability to utilize HISTA data. HISTA data provides detailed demographic information by breaking down households by income, household size, tenure (renter/owner) and age groups.
The staff of Vogt Santer Insights have worked on several Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) projects throughout Ohio. The program was established for the purpose of stabilizing communities that have suffered from home foreclosures and abandonment.
